Welcome to Football Frames Memorabilia. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand how we operate.
1. Understanding Our Products
We offer three types of products, categorized based on their availability and order process:
1️⃣ In-Stock Items
a. Labelling: These products have no special labels on the category or product name. If it’s not labelled as "Made to Order" or "Pre-Order," it's in stock.
b. Payment: Full payment is required at checkout.
c. Delivery Time: Shipped within 1-2 business days.
2️⃣ Made-to-Order Items
a. Labelling: Any product or category labelled "Made to Order" follows a custom production process. For example, a category named "Made to Order Jerseys: Serie A" contains only made-to-order items.
b. Payment: 60% upfront and 40% upon arrival before delivery.
c. Production & Shipping Time: 2-3 weeks after batch order date (explained below).
d. Personalization: Most made-to-order items are customized or specially crafted.
e. Updates: We provide order updates at important stages so you always know the status of your item.
f. Possible Delays: In rare cases, shipping may take slightly longer than the 2–3 week timeline due to unforeseen issues with our international shipping partners. In such cases, we kindly ask for patience until your item arrives.
3️⃣ Pre-Order Items
a. Labelling: Any product or category labelled "Pre-Order" follows a pre-order process.
b. Payment: Full payment upfront to secure the item.
c. Production & Shipping Time: 2-3 weeks after batch order date unless stated otherwise.
d. Difference from Made-to-Order: Pre-order items are not personalized but are still produced on demand.
e. Possible Delays: As with made-to-order items, rare shipping delays may occur due to external circumstances.
2. Batch Orders & Production Timeline
Since our made-to-order and pre-order items are crafted abroad, they follow a batch order system:
– We collect multiple orders over a period, then place them together in a batch order for production.
– The production and shipping time (2-3 weeks) starts after the batch order date, not from the date of your individual order.
Stages for Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
1️⃣ Customer Order – Your order is placed.
2️⃣ Batch Order Made – Your order is included in the next batch.
Note: If your item cannot be made or found, your payment will be fully refunded.
3️⃣ Production Started – Item is now being made.
4️⃣ Production Finished – Item is ready.
5️⃣ En Route to Shipping – Item is transported to our international shipping agent.
6️⃣ Shipped – Item is on the way to Kenya.
7️⃣ Arrived – Item has arrived in Kenya. Balance of 40% requested (if made to order).
8️⃣ Dispatched – Item is delivered locally.
We will provide updates at key stages.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
In-stock items: Full payment at checkout.
Made-to-order items: 60% upfront, 40% upon arrival before delivery.
Pre-order items: Full payment upfront.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders can be canceled before the batch order is placed. Refunds will be issued minus transaction fees.
4. Damages & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In case of damaged products:
a. You will be asked to return the item. We will cover the return shipping cost.
b. Once received, we will replace the damaged product and ship it back to you at no extra cost.
c. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund you the full amount paid for that product.
5. Delivery & Shipping
📦 Delivery Fee: The delivery fee is shown for each town during checkout. If your town is not listed, please type it during checkout. The delivery fee will be billed to you separately.
🚚 Delivery Method: We use trusted parcel services for local delivery.
⏳ Delays: While most deliveries arrive within the standard timeline, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to customs, courier, or logistical challenges. In such rare cases, we will keep you updated until your package arrives.
